Payments Specialist (SWIFT / SEPA)
ABOUT THE TEAMThe Customer Payments team is responsible for reviewing payments stopped by our system, checking compliance of payment details with local regulations, obtaining missing details by performing cross-check in the internal database and communicating with remitting banks.
Our aim is to improve customer experience by processing incoming money transfers in a timely manner, or returning them to the source when missing payment details cannot be retrieved.
Another team objective is to share some responsibilities with neighbouring units as a backup in case of unexpected high ticket volumes.
