Responsibilities (must to have)
Design, develop and support Oracle EPM applications including EDMCS, EPBCS, ARCS, FCCS, TRCS and EPM data management services.
Design and develop interfaces between Oracle EPM modules and oracle fusion cloud ERP using Oracle Data management services and Oracle PaaS.
Design and develop integrations via API’s for external reporting systems such as Tableau, data warehouse and Anaplan
Manage and support Oracle EPM cloud environment configurations
Design and develop workflows in EPM modules
Design and develop Oracle EPM reports
Educate and provide guidance to end users in developing self-service EPM reports.
Design and develop custom modules in EPM PBCS modules.
Work closely with functional heads, stakeholders to understand the requirement and create / maintain EPM modules.
Build effective working relationships with SMEs and users both internal and external
Excellent analytical skills to Analyze business needs
Developing reference documents of reports for the finalized project
Work in an Agile team and able to articulate problem statements & solution
Works across multi-functional teams to formulate and fine tune design ideas and guidelines
Stay up to date with current tech and bring relevant ideas to the table
Excellent team player, and flexible to work based on projects and deliverable deadlines
Own the deliverables till completion, facilitate smooth workflow for development & service delivery, design document, and support endlessly for smooth implementation
Ensure technical design and development meets security compliance criteria at all time
Identify and implement opportunities in the solution that will drive improvements in performance, scalability, reliability and re-usability.
Continue to drive down technical debt and cost of operations / support with the latest cutting-edge technologies and newer development methods & strategies.
Ensure operational excellence capabilities (usability, availability, resilience, security, etc.) at-all-times
What we’re looking for (Basic Qualifications) :
This position performs a wide range of duties including but not limited to the following :
Overall 6-8 years of certified professional work experience in Oracle EPM platform including but not limited to EDMCS, PBCS, ARCS, FCCS and TRCS.
At least 4-5 years of working experience in EPM integrations using oracle data management services, Oracle PaaS and / or Informatica cloud services via REST API and SOAP messaging.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in multiple databases like AWS Redshift, Oracle, etc.
At least 2-3 experience on Oracle ERP-GL, FA, PA, AR and AP data structures
Working experience in Informatica Power Center and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (Data & Application Integration)
Good communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) and be able to articulate the problems and recommended solution to make design decisions with conviction
A Bachelor or Masters’ degree in computer sciences or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with finance and accounting processes.
Experience with financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet and cash flow reporting & analysis.
Knowledge of inter company, allocations and accrual process.
Experience on Oracle ERP Finance application modules : Account Payables (AP) or Account Receivables (AR) or General Ledger (GL) or Fixed Assets (FA) or Cash Management (CM) Or Project Accounting (PA)
Good to have knowledge of data analytical / ETL tools like Alteryx etc.
Knowledge on Agile project implementation methods or usage of Microsoft Azure (VSTS) tool will be an added advantage
