Project & Program Management Coach the teams and ensure successful deliveries in IT for After Sales
Ensure steady growth of business based on a target roadmap.
Drive Innovation and ensure value-add in all topics as an Extended CoC team.
Ensure a high level of motivation and satisfaction in the teams Team development (incl. Career Path)
Ensure a high level of Stakeholder satisfaction Both in Germany as well as in the involved markets
Areas of Work : Design and Development (Agile), DevOps based deliveries, Leading the team as a Coach, Focus on Innovation and Value-Adds, Steer based on Metrics and KPIs
Education : B.E (any field) or M.B.A (General Administration)
No of Years : 15 years
Specific Knowledge : (Skill / Languages etc.)
IT Project and Program Management Should have managed a large portfolio of projects / topics in one or more domains. A good record of accomplishment of grooming the topics as well as the people involved and showing a significant growth would be necessary.
Should have a development background Java / .NET and should have worked in Agile Development teams with a good exposure to Scrum / Kanban and DevOps methodologies.
Proven to be a good out of the box thinker and should have contributed to some innovative topics
Proven excellence in stakeholder and customer / partner management
Proven experience in Business Acquisition and Solutioning for new topics / setup
Experience in driving projects / topics using metrics / KPIs Data driven decisions and steering
German Language Skills will be an added Advantage.
