Qualifications : Graduate from top University in a related discipline with excellent grades.
Essential : 3-5 years related experience in banking and finance industry would be a distinct advantage. Outstanding candidates with an unrelated educational background will be considered on an individual basis
Experience in designing effective training programs and schedule training sessions are added advantage.
Exceptional in conducting presentation and strong oral and written communication skills.
Multilingual (Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati & Marathi) is preferred with great English command.
Adept in project management and Microsoft office skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting knowledge of current Windows operating systems, Internet Explorer browsers, web-based banking products, computer hardware and software environment.
Inquisitive mind on current and forthcoming technological advancement in the Computer Science and Corporate Banking environment.
Excellent inter-personal skill, teamwork and flexibility are required.
Ability to working in the fast-paced and pressurized environment.
Client focused, solution oriented approach to problem solving.

Globally manages the critical systems and multiple platforms needed to maintain the enterprise's full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk management products and services.
The business is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from client and client management groups in cash and treasury management areas.
We are regional team where we customized and deliver face to face or web based trainings to our Clients in Asia. Our role is to ensure our clients understand our E-banking platform capabilities and are able to fully benefit from the functionalities offered to them.
Aside from engaging the clients, we also work closely various business partners from corporate banking to product regionally to provide RFP and demo assistance.
What you will do
Provide interactive onsite or web-based training to Bank of America’s Cash, Treasury Management and Trade Clients.
Systematically gather and analyze relevant information related to Clients to prepare for training agenda and materials.
Resolve basic technical issues that might be encountered during training.
Prompt escalation and follow up on technical issues encountered that cannot be resolved during training to technical team.
Quick thinking and able to adapt to any client enquiry or system downtime during training.
Understand and able to channel all Client’s feedback on E-banking services to relevant business partners during or after training.
To evaluate existing training methods and recommend measures that would optimize efficiency and effectiveness of training.
Understand, apply and constantly keeping abreast with the bank’s system security policies and practices.
Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the bank’s client access products / services, payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local practices.
Ability to perform real-time logging of support cases and month end reporting required.
