What's the role?
This position is part of Quality and Continual Improvements team. Quality and Continual Improvements team which is a 55 member team globally, is critical to success for creating best location content within HERE’s core map group.
Team has specialized skills in QMS deployment & Maintenance, Customer Escalation management (8D & RCA), driving Lean culture, running lean Six Sigma & innovations program within Global Content Operations team.
As a Sr Quality Specialist you will providing expert business analysis on projects and product quality and to provide input for product and process reengineering within Global Content Operations.
You will utilize advanced analytical and problem solving techniques to lead project teams to develop and implement quality process and improvement.
You will be working with division stakeholders within the organization to coordinate activities as they relate to processes and operating models.
Further in this role you will :
Apply advanced analytical and problem solving techniques to lead process improvement efforts
Lead a number of cross functional / organizational project teams to develop and implement improvement actions to help reduce customer complaints
Support / lead Lean activities at a site or global level
Facilitate / lead proper root cause analysis for project teams or groups within Global Content Operations
Support the development of a continuous improvement mindset within Data operations
Review / analyze quality results and undertake trend analysis and root cause analysis
Drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions and monitor trends during implementation for effectiveness review
An enthusiastic Quality professional with a Bachelor degree and having over 6 years of overall work experience including 3-4 years of relevant work experience. Furthermore, you have;
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Required, Black Belt preferred.
Experience with Quality Control Systems and Tools (e.g. Statistical Process Control) strongly desired.
Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience with implementation and administration of Quality Assurance metrics and processes
