We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Marketing Manager to help accelerate adoption of Adobe Connect, a market leading virtual classroom & collaboration solution from Adobe.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Adobe Connect, you will be responsible for defining business & market strategy across specific segments & regions.
You will also be developing marketing strategies and work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of programs to drive adoption amongst new customer segments and markets while retaining and expanding the existing customer base.
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical and communication skills, thrive as a leader of cross-functional teams, and have a strong bias for action.
This role is focused on business growth and requires long-term thinking as well as short-term execution mindset.
What you’ll do :
Define and execute world-wide marketing strategies & launch plans with revenue & market share responsibility for Adobe Connect
Translate the global plans into regional product marketing priorities partnering with Field marketing, Channel marketing, Channel partners & other internal / external facing teams, including strategies to grow revenue and reach new customers while also upgrading existing users
Devise ROI-maximizing digital marketing programs to meet product awareness and acquisition objectives such as Relationship marketing, Online adverts, Search engine marketing, Social media marketing etc to provide leads to the Inside sales organizations
Develop strong benefits-focused messaging with customer insights in partnership with product managers to successfully communicate value proposition to all customer and prospect segments
Deep knowledge of customers and competitive marketing programs, which is used to develop effective marketing programs and messages
Develop & manage marketing budget for the product line to meet marketing objectives & measures results of marketing programs
Plan and conduct regional, product and segment specific research to understand the awareness, usage, positioning resonance, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, and customer satisfaction drivers.
Partner with various third party agencies such as creative agency, search marketing agency, database marketing agency, event management agency etc to deliver on various marketing campaigns & programs
Act as product, domain and market expert through presentations & demos to customers, press and analysts, and at events
Skills / Educational requirements :
8+ years of product marketing experience from a technology SaaS / products company
MBA from a premier institution with specialization in Marketing
Experience with web conferencing or collaboration products will be an advantage
Deep understanding of Marketing technology & analytics. Hands on experience of Adobe Marketing / Experience Cloud will be a big plus
Experience creating product messaging. Comfort with technical messaging and solution planning
Deep understanding of technical audiences within the market, being able to communicate w / IT teams, CIOs, and similar positions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and communicate with credibility and confidence
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
High level of self-awareness and EQ. Horizontal leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including the BU, Field, Marketing, and Partners.
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights & recommendations to the business.
