Job Description :
Role : SAP - Material Management / Warehouse Management (MM / WM) -
Provides functional expertise in support, administration and maintenance of SAP-Material Management / Warehouse Management (MM / WM) related support work.
Requires the ability to work effectively and independently, as well as in cooperation with a variety of stakeholders and other technical professionals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Support and Maintenance
Giving quality functional SAP-Material Management / Warehouse Management (MM / WM) support
Supporting and troubleshooting the incidents / issues under SLA.
Managing changes / improvement
Coordinating deliveries with developers, testers, key users and technical Ensure timely communication takes place to all key stakeholders for support issues and changes.
Assist in the introduction of new functionality / applications.
Providing advice and guidance on optimal usage of the application.
Providing reliable estimates and planning for new work (changes and projects)
Providing feasibility studies and impact analysis.
Analyze business requirement / process, Identify and understand broader business impact, assess alternative SAP solutions and propose preferred solution.
Key Area 1 : Knowledge of ASAP Methodology and Solution Manager
Key Area 2 : Expert knowledge of the Material Management / Warehouse Management (MM / WM).
Key Area 3 : Good knowledge of integration touchpoints between SAP modules.
Qualifications and Experience :
Engineering Graduate / Masters in Computer Science / MCA
Minimum 5 years as a consultant or as a consultant or as an application specialist in the Material Management / Warehouse Management (MM / WM) of SAP and / or i2.
Thorough experience, preferably through end to end implementation cycles on an international basis.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with other IT professionals and business stakeholders
Experience working in a high-velocity software development team with rapid release cycles
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Possess a strong drive to provide superior customer service

Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and prioritize internal requests
