DEPARTMENT& TEAM DESCRIPTION
Global Product Marketing is responsible for the messaging andposition of Oracle’s market-leading offerings – Cloud Solutions(SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), Hardware Systems, and Industry Solutions.In this capacity the Product Marketing teamsare responsible for producing the core set of content and tools used by ourglobal Sales Force to attract, engage, and convert prospects to customers.
Within Product Marketing, the PM Centers of Excellence (PM-CoEs)team “Deliversa set of scalable, high value-add marketing shared services at a significantlyreduced cost and with greater consistency.”
DigitalInnovation Lab is a center of excellence within the India-based MarketingShared Services that specializes in Content Production.
The scope of our work primarily includes (but is not limited to):
•creatingpersuasive content and communication and converting ideas to compelling stories
•contributingto the global marketing strategy and messaging framework
•elevating thevisual IQ of our marketing and sales assets
•managing &enforcing necessary guidelines, templates, standards across the entire bill ofmaterial
•evolving ourcurrent set of static-analog assets to dynamic-digital
We arelooking for a creative expert to join our team and help design visuallyappealing content in a variety of formats. The ideal candidate should havestrong conceptual skills and the ability to deliver design outputs independently– from idea to the final design solution.
Thisrole will require collaborating with different product marketers and industryexperts, to produce content used by Oracle sellers or Executives. The positionrequires excellent English communication skills, both written and oral – towork collaboratively within a cross-skilled, globally distributed team.Although a day shift position, the candidate must have the flexibility to workevenings as required. The team operates in a highly collaborative model, takingfull advantage of Oracle’s global web conferencing capabilities. Acuteattention to detail is a must. Thus, quality-oriented individuals withexcellent project and time management skills will excel.
•Create/replicate content assets (presentation, infographics,collaterals, etc.) as per templates, prototypes and design specifications basedon Oracle brand guidelines
•Maintain the quality of designs on-going basis, on-time and withzero errors
•Create layouts and designs of emails, banners, digital ads,landing pages, digital campaign, and more, based on Oracle brand guidelines
•Ability to receive constructive feedback from teammates,supervisor(s) and internal clients with an utmost professional manner
•Collaborate effectively with development leads, product managers &content production / management team members
•Remain flexible with design changes and creative direction if/whenmodified by clients, producer or Creative Director
•Adapt and embrace emerging technologies in new media, particularlydesign programs and new presentation tools to transform generic, text-heavyinput into graphically engaging, concise, and interactive experiences
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•Minimum 2-5 Years of industry experience (candidate can be from IT/ITESor other industries like fashion, media, digital, branding, marketing,advertising etc.)
•Bachelor's in any of the following disciplines - Fine Arts,Advertising, Computer Graphics
•Expertise in following software / tools is a must
oAdobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)
oMicrosoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
•Knowledge of following tools will be an added advantage:
oAdobe Premiere, Motion5, Final cut pro, After Effects
oDreamweaver, Motion5, 3DS Max / Cinema 4D
•A portfolio or selection of work samples demonstrating creative andinnovative design solutions
•Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse,cross-departmental teams
•Working knowledge of both MAC and PC platforms
•Exceptional English communication and organizational skills

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Thrives in fast paced environment Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Practical experience using the Internet. 2 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree in marketing or technical major preferred.
