What You’ll Do
The role is responsible for overseeing the execution of our talent recruitment marketing initiatives in India while working closely with People and Culture, Talent Recruitment, Delivery, and the Executive Team.
This person will launch, track, analyze, and optimize the performance of talent attraction campaigns through a variety of digital and marketing channels and oversee recruitment assets / content creation, including digital assets and recruiter collateral.
Ultimately, the person in this role will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and elevate the Nisum’s awareness and brand equity to high performing talent to increase candidate applications to Nisum (through marketing initiatives).
The success of this role will be measured by the performance of the marketing initiatives in producing high quality candidate applicants.
The person in this role should be strategic, innovative, resourceful, a self-starter, diligent, and have strong attention to detail.
Support strategy direction and build, oversee, and execute talent recruitment tactical road map defined by marketing and recruitment leadership
Launch organic and paid recruitment campaigns to drive candidate applications from high quality talent
Oversee and execute content creation for all recruitment marketing assets, including print and digital to attract and convert our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with Nisum’s People and Culture, Talent Recruitment, and Delivery teams
Measure and report on the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns using data from the technical stack reports to gain insight and assess against goals
Ensure all marketing assets adhere to the brand guidelines and enhance brand positioning
Test and learn with innovative and experimental recruitment marketing strategies
What You Know
5+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Proficient in Google Suite
Experience with HubSpot (Marketing & CMS) and Salesforce
Experience in Market Research techniques
Experience in Digital Marketing, which includes but not limited to SEO, Adwords, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.
Strong interpersonal and management skills
Excellent in data analysis and data mining
Analytical & Strategic Thinker
Strong problem solving capability
Strong organization and planning skills
Fluent in English, verbal and written
Excellent English spelling and grammar and adheres to the MLA or AP writing style
Experience in talent recruitment and / or employer branding a bonus
REPORTING STRUCTURE & OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
This role will report into the VP of Marketing based in California, USA
This role requires working hours to overlap Pacific Time from at least 8 : 00 AM to 12 : 00 PM Monday through Fridays
B.A. / B.S. or equivalent degree in Marketing or related disciplines
