PURPOSE Support data remediation workstream with quantitative impact assessment, including analytical requirements, data extraction / manipulation, data modelling design, analytical reports, dashboard construction and analytic result socialization.
Your responsibilities will also relate to undertaking operational performance improvement including capacity and productivity assessments, quantitative and qualitative benchmarking, primary and secondary analysis of large and complex data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the project team to ensure clear understanding of business requirements. Specially Work in close coordination with the project team and other key stakeholders, to understand the data analysis objectives / requirements for the project Develop a framework / model for comprehensive data analysis, used for defining scope, capacity requirement and execution plan for the project Support quantitative business impact assessment efforts, resulting from a change in procedure, policy or system.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills using MS Excel, Alteryx, visualization tools such as Tableau. Identifying opportunities to convert raw data into intelligent dashboards for optimal decision making by the project team Strong analytical skills, demonstrating creative problem solving, gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
Develop solutions and dashboards utilizing the Tableau Suite of products to monitor project status, including staff productivity.
Effectively communicate to provide regular updates to the project team and to the business leadership, including presentations, executive summaries and summary metrics.
Knowledge or experience working with Financial Services operational processes & systems is preferable. Manage the teams support to deliver high quality analytical output.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required 8 years experience in the Financial Services Industry with significant experience in stakeholder management.
Understanding of the Financial Services Industry and its various underlying products. Proficient in SQL. Experience in analyzing complex & high-volume data is a must.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Strong Knowledge of Tableau or similar visualization tools Proficient in Alteryx / Python is preferred Strong understanding of Hadoop Database Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results Problem Solving Skills ability to think Out of the Box and independently work around issues that arise from time to time.
