KEY ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
Independently set up SP3D / SPPID project
Load Reference database.
Configuration of SP3D / SPPID products on client machines.
Work share co-ordination.
Development of modeling procedures.
Isometric customization, Report generation.
Setup / configure third party applications like LFM.
Drawing View creation and drawing extraction.
Extract all required reports from SP3D / SPPID.
Generation of clash check reports.
Trouble shooting all SP3D / SPPID related problems.
Maintaining Project access control
Restoring backup whenever required.
Training and support to SP3D / SPPID users.
Smart Plant Review Set-up, Review & Collaboration.
Guidance to piping / Structural / Electrical / Instrumentation modelers.
Software support for jobs executed in 2D applications like Microstation or AutoCAD.
Assist BD for Man hour estimation.
Computer applications : Windows operating systems & Database.
CAD Software : SmartPlant3D, SmartPlant P&ID, SmartSketch, Microstation, AutoCAD.
Working as per the quality and safety requirement standards.
Adopting a flexible and open approach towards the needs of projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION :
Diploma / Degree in Engineering from Indian University (UGC approved) or from Overseas University.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 5 years in SmartPlant3D Administration. Should have handled at least one job independently as SmartPlant3D Administrator preferably in the field of Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemicals sector, with large EPC companies or Engineering Consulting organizations.
Good understanding of engineering deliverables.
