Achieving sales and throughput - Achieving sales for Electronics, Kitchen and Architectural Hardware Segment - Sub-segment wise throughput realization 2.
Product Life cycle Management - Maintain healthy product vitality - Product positioning and Pricing - Ensuring execution of market promotional programs to drive numbers -
Analyzing product stock keeping unit (SKU) / product group sales and take corrective action to achieve product group revenue and contribution margin targets -
Executing and analyzing of market size studies - Adherence to Legal requirements with respect to trade mark, copyright, packing commodities Act etc.
