It is also India's definitive destination for exclusive Fashion and Electronics brands.Here’s what we believe in : We obsess over customer delightWe are out there to find an alternate way of doing e-commerceWe carry an attitude to develop a culture of learning and continuous improvement, both for people and processesOur goals will be ambitious, demand significant stretchWe believe in Uncomfortable TransparencyWe will always be respectful, empathetic and caring about the well-being of our teamsKey Responsibilities : 1) Work with warehouse team to formulate SOP and define QC parameters of all returned stocks in warehouse for classification into saleable, and non-saleable inventory2)Further break down of non-saleable inventory into a) box damage / seal open b) physical damage (minor, major) c) defectives / DOAs using industry benchmarks3)Work with brands, service franchises and warehouse team on action items for box damage / seal open inventories getting quotes for box replacement, coordinating with warehouse to get appointments, raising material / service POs and end-to-end execution of box replacement activity4)Stock audit and sign-off on inventory grading done by warehouse partners as per defined SOPs and QC criteria5) Repair & Refurbishment all stock eligible for repair or refurbishment (within / outside warranty, free or at cost) by brands or their service franchises to be taken up for maximum value realization by conversion to good / fresh stock (with sign-off from brands) 6)Work with liquidation partners to get best possible quotes for eligible inventory major damages, defectives etc.
and drive the liquidation process at monthly / quarterly frequency7) On-boarding multiple liquidation partners to be able to get best possible quotes, maybe even at a location level to get an upside on realization.
Manage the liquidation process end-to-end working with warehousing team (including APOB stock)8) Monitor the return volumes in warehouses both RTOs and CIRs category wise and work with CS team to reduce the volumes by eliminating policy deviation cases9)Own the metrics on Inventory Health fast, slow, non-moving and expired (non-saleable), ensure FIFO adherence in warehouse stocks (through warehouse visits and audits), execute stock transfers, and control inventory ageing 10) Deploy WMS to automate liquidation process, create MIS to track inventory health and suggest action items to category and warehouse teams, program manage end-to-end inventory management including inbound, outbound, and returns SOPsEducation and ExperienceGraduate with 2-5 Yrs Experience in Warehousing & Fulfillment OperationsPersistence, integrity, strong personality, effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
