Hiring, retention, training and development for right candidate as per organization prospect
Monthly payroll, biometric,employee engagement activities
Communication skills with fluency in English.
Fluent with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Presentation skills
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Training, counselling and coaching our staff.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Conducting performance and wage reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Creating clear and concise reports
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

Salary : Rs 20,000.00 to Rs 30,000.00 / month
Saturday half day
