Position Overview

Attract, assess and hire quality talents through managing the end to end recruitment cycle, from identifying the recruitment strategy, sourcing, screening and selection, conducting interviews, to proposing and extending offers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving the selection and hiring process from position launch through offer acceptance and new hire onboarding.
  • Identify quality talents who are the best fit for the role and aligned with RL’s culture and values.
  • Build strong pipelines of candidates through a network of professional contacts, online resources, in house Applicant Tracking Systems and other effective platforms.
  • Act as a Talent Acquisition Advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, including recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
  • Regularly communicate results, priorities and challenges with hiring managers to drive strong alignment and partnerships.
  • Manage the candidate experience through seamless execution of interview process. Builds reputation of business partners by providing best-in-class customer service to internal and external partners.
  • Maintain and report on key recruitment metrics to P&D partners and hiring managers.
  • Analyze trends in recruiting data and share insights to influence and form recruiting strategies.
  • Engage in Employer Branding and position RL as Employer of Choice by creating a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process.

  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Relevant Corporate Information Technology Recruiting Experience , preferably in multinational corporations.
  • Good understanding of Digital, Infrastructure, Application, Analytics and security domains .
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high growth environment.
  • Experience in volume / bulk hiring, direct sourcing, building talent pipelines, analyzing metrics and measuring quality of hires.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for talent acquisition within corporate environments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent with can do attitude.
  • Excellent attention to details and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • A good team player.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with any in-house Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Immediate availability highly preferred.
