Job Summary

  • Manage annual focal point processes and activities including systems set up, testing, HR & manager communication, training during the cycle and execution
  • Partner with various functions e.g. Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Business / Function for annual cycle activities
  • Partner with team in development of merit and IC budgets by business
  • Lead and support all mid-year
  • Lead and support all pay equity analysis
  • Partner with Global HR Ops on tool, system testings and enhancements
  • Drive continuous improvement in our processes through identifying errors, recommending solutions, clarifying inconsistencies, and implementing resolutions
  • Key Skills / Experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters a plus. Areas of study may include human resources, business, or finance
  • 5+ year’s work experience in HR function with North America in a similar large scale setup (120K+ employee base)
  • Strong acumen on Annual Pay Review with at least 2-3 annual cycles / Focal point experience supporting on Salary & Bonus, YE reconciliations and validations experience
  • Strong analytical, project management and program development skills
  • Must be able to influence others without authority and find alignment across potentially competing agendas to ensure progress to plan
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal presentations
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to identify issues, develop recommendations, sell ideas and implement the solution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain poised in difficult situations
  • Computer skills with proficiency in standard office software applications and exposure to HRIS systems or Sales Compensation systems
  • Possesses an understanding of business strategies, culture and work to achieve results. Able to execute work beyond the scope of his function and provide analysis and advice in non-routine, project-related area
  • Differentiating Competencies Required

  • Mandatory related environment experience, comparable roles & responsibilities for USA & Canada (both)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple organizations and teams
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written communication
