Roles & Responsibilities :
o Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
o Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
o Support Customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
o Troubleshoot Customer issues related to enterprise / exchange server & cloud computing.
o Any Graduate - Any Postgraduate - Any Undergraduate - Drop out (Experienced) / (pursuing with 12 months technical support experience.
o Salary upto 4.5 LPA
o Excellent verbal skills in English Language.
o SERVER knowledge is must.
o Excellent knowledge of Exchange Server 2007 / 2010, Active Directory & Operating Systems
o Network troubleshooting and should be well versed with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 / 2007 / 2010.
o Flexible with 24 / 7 Environment.
