    JOB PURPOSE

    Develop ORAT strategy, lead the function and know how required for operation readiness of new facilities. Plan & review testing of equipment and trials to identify gaps and ensure training mechanism is in place to bridge the gap.

    Ensure timely execution of work and commissioning of infrastructure within deadlines. Overall responsible for timeless transition.

    Also responsible for ensuring all legal and regulatory compliances related to project execution.

    Lead the effective implementation, monitor and audit the Operations SLA of Ground Handling Agencies. Monitoring the compliance to the objective quality of service parameters of AERA guidelines & recommendations.

    Ensure GHA Ops SLA implementation and monitoring under Aviation services

    Monitoring of Into plane Fueling & Inflight catering operations and ensure service providers are meeting SLAs & operational KPIs

    Monitoring of Baggage Handling Operations of GHA to meet KPIs and recommend improvement actions

    Auditing the process compliance related to GH Ops, ITP and Catering

    Monitoring quality service parameters as per AERA guidelines & recommendations

    Monitoring the subjective requirements as per IATA / OMDA guidelines

    Ensure initiation, execution and closure of all expansion projects / infrastructures within timelines in line with operational requirement.

    Ensuring the availability of PRM facilities at airport

    Provide Leadership, Support and guidance for support functions

  • EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post Graduate / Bachelor / MBA, Specific Aviation Degree / Diploma. Preferably aviation specialization / IAP
  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    Over 20 yrs. of relevant work experience in aviation sector
