The opportunity

You will act as a Recruitment coordinator for the Recruiters and have opportunity to derive insights from data and turn ideas into action.

Your key responsibilities

  • Working with the Recruiters in the Hiring / Recruiting steps
  • Involve in core activities like screening, scheduling & candidate management
  • To Drive informed, data driven decisions
  • Skills and attributes for success

  • Demonstrate Patience, Perseverance and Positive approach to drive fulfilment
  • Strong verbal and written communication, active listening and interpretation skills
  • Good networking abilities
  • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Master’s in Human Resources or bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Should have a keen interest in working on various HR applications
  • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Strong industry outlook
  • Approach to learn and adapt quickly to global recruiting trends
  • A keen sense to identify key business priorities, delivery models, solutioning, driving timely performance
