Manage customer incidents on Security Devices like Cisco ASA, Polo Alto, Fortigate Firewalls
Actively engage with customer for security incident management
Manage, change & troubleshoot VPN services
Installing new software & patch upgrades
Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords on security devices
Fixing Security faults
Carrying out changes on live production security devices
Day to day admin and monitoring of network use
Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems
Making sure all IT meets industry standards
Engineers have to create, maintain, and update documentation for operations and also need to provide training material on new processes to the entry-level professionals of their team.
Engage with customer for best world class service
Ensure complete accountability of all incidents that are recorded
Complete all changes within the agreed SLA’s with zero errors.
Be a good team player & ensure to walk with the team
Good Interpersonal skills
Should have knowledge of IP routing, DNS, SSL, VPN, HTTP, etc.
Should have knowledge in IPv4, IPv6 and routing protocols and experience of working with automation tools, Remedy, AMDOCS, etc.
Knowledge of SMTP, DNS, TLS, and related standards, email security standards, and comprehension of Network Access Control techniques and application detection rules.
Should be well-versed with popular operating systems (Windows, macOS or Linux)
Should be able to work in shifts 24 / 7 pattern
Good with MS Excel & MS Office Suite
Excellent command over English language
Educational / Academic Qualification
Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or any related discipline
