The IS&T Project Methodology & Support, Project Performance Specialist Role, reporting to the IS&T Project Performance Director is responsible for :
Assist the Portfolio Director to coordinate and animate the network of Program Manager and E2E PM
Support transverse initiatives (cross Regions and Portfolio)
Track and report on IS&T Project Delivery to IS&T senior managers and Regions
Prepare and coordinate IS&T Project Delivery governance
Define, plan and execute the project tracking mechanism for all projects with ongoing maintenance and appropriate controls
Manage other standard Project Methodology & Support activities : planning management,
action plan follow-up, risk management
Provide support in ways of working for a consistent and efficient way of setting up, manage and steer projects
Share best practices, align demand management methodology and streamline communication towards Regions and Businesses on demand and roadmap follow up
Interact on a regular basis with multiple stakeholders
Covering all aspects of Agile Project Management including Agile Transformation, strategy / Planning, risk management, configuration management & change management
Applying Project Management best practices and supporting various Project Performance team activities
Accountabilities
The IS&T Project Performance Specialist is accountable for :
Manage E2E Portfolio management from Demand arbitration to Project delivery
Track and report on IS&T Project Delivery status, time-lines, quality and budgets to IS&T senior managers and Regions
Proactively lead and manage project risks, issues, mitigation plans, dependencies and continuous improvement actions
Agile Transformation, coaching & training
Identify, influence & lead stakeholders at all levels with effective collaborations
Provide support in ways of working for a consistent and efficient way of setting up, manage and steer projects
Interact on a regular basis with Regional IS&T E2E PM, Local IS&T Business Partners, Solutions Architects, Projects teams and Operations teams
Program and Project Setup in PPM Tool
Implementation of PMO Best practices
Qualifications & Skills :
Qualification :
Preferably B.TECH / BE (Any stream)
PMP / Prince 2 / Agile Certified / Agile Coach / Agile Consultant.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
Significant experience in handling End to End Project Management with Risk Management, Financial Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Quality Audits
Experience & exposure in all aspects of Agile Project Management including estimation, strategy / Planning, risk management, configuration management & applying Project Management best practices.
Experience in Project Management Tools is preferable.
Should be able to adapt to Tools and Methodology for Project Management
