Manages the 24x7 India Global Operation Center for a global network and all associated equipment to make sure that it is available for all customers.

Hands-on involvement with the Global Operation Center to quickly resolve customer’s network and security issues.

Technical understanding in at least one or more of the following skills :

Cisco, Juniper & Alcatel Devices

SDWAN technologies - Silverpeak, Viptela & Fortinet

DMVPN, IPSEC, GRE, QOS

Knowledge on scripting language like Python

Working at NTT

  • Hands-on involvement with GOC to quickly resolve customer’s network and security issuesSupervise the daily working of customer and network trouble ticketsBuild excellent rapport with customers, carriers and vendors across the globeInvolve directly with various customers’ weekly, monthly and quarterly review meetingsDirect and build (staff, train and maintain employee skill levels) the India GOC group that troubleshoots, repairs and monitors customer’s network and security servicesCommunicate and coordinate network / security maintenance and schedulesMonitor and maintain overall network stabilityCreate, maintain and enforce all processes and procedures for the GOC groupProvide leadership to the team while focusing on their efforts for the corporate objectivesFoster teamwork across other groups such as Provisioning, Project Management, Customer Engineering and India GOCProvide detailed statistics on the performance of the team and;
  • provide solutions to better their performanceManage internal audit process to ensure compliance with all GOC processesProvide direction and priority to the staff for development of GOC tools #ownyourfuture
