The methodology manager supports the execution of the Audit Methodology strategy and program :
Prepares audit methodology documents, including audit manual chapters, guidance, and workpapers in compliance with applicable audit standards and Crowe Audit Methodology
Maintains and tracks Methodology project SharePoint site, including collaboration with Methodology on related projects and tasks
Assists with content governance framework and processes
Assists with monitoring Audit Help mailbox and answering Audit Help emails
Assists with testing and monitoring of Software Audit Tools as part of the certification process
Manages day to day activities for direct reports

Required Education :
Bachelor degree in business
Relevant fields of study must include accounting and auditing
Required Experience :
Experience with United States auditing standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / O365 suite of tools, and comfortable learning new technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated initiative, self-discipline, follow-through and analytical capabilities
Strong relationship building and relationship management skills
Experience working with resources in a virtual environment, across time zones; works effectively with individuals of different culture and gender
Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment
Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized
