We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

1- Responsible for generating admissions for our certified course in sales and marketing management

2- Developing and executing a plan to meet short and long term sales and profitability targets.

3- Identifying and capturing strategic opportunities to drive sales and market share

4- Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve a given revenue target

5- Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline

6- Accountability of Sales, rigorous approach and weekly review

7- Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities

8- Development of new clients & extend relations with existing clients

9- Continuously monitor and train team to improve performance and conversions

10- Handle escalations and improve customer experience

11- Developing and working on analytics driven sales dashboard which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline

12- Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer behaviour, market demands and competition to the marketing team

13- Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligation to each team member.

14- Plan and implement admission events and webinars

Requirements :

3+ years Experience in Educational Sales

Presently leading the team of sales professionals to achieve the Monthly Sales Target

Specific focus on business development

Extensive client development experience

Ability and willingness to travel

Desired Profile :

Graduate / MBA, with minimum 3 years of experience in Educational Sales with a vertical focus

Presently leading the team of sales professionals to achieve the Monthly Sales Target

Ability to market and open new client base

Strong selling skills

Lead generation / leverage social media & cold calling

Strong knowledge of B2B Sales

Key Account expansion and Management capabilities

Track record of achieving at least 80% of the targets in the last 3-4 years

Excellent Oral and written communication skills

Excellent Command in Complete M.S Office

Maximum age limit should be 30yrs.
