Business Title : Associate Systems Specialist Technical skills required - Salesforce Admin skills required to troubleshoot the support cases and uses the administration best practices to find the best solution for the business users.
Must take challenges for system enhancements through access and troubleshooting the requests from simple to complex solutions.
Experience preferred - Must have good communication skills. Preferred 3-5 years of platform-specific implementation or support experience in an enterprise IT environment.
Process Knowledge expected - Candidate must have working experience and knowledge about ITIL processes and the support ecosystem.
Marketing, Sales, Success and / or Service cloud consultant, good to have one of the certifications.
