Amazon advertising marketing team is looking for a single threaded Marketing leader who will be responsible for creating and strengthening our presence among the sellers / digital first brands. Core responsibilities :

  • Drive adoption of ad products and ensure that advertisers are retained. This needs a nuanced approach to make the right set of sellers (who are likely to benefit from ads) advertise rather than making every seller an advertiser.
  • Expand the product value proposition and messaging frameworks, brand strategy, customer segmentation, and external messaging to suite the need of India based advertisers.
  • Simplify advertising offerings & drive adoption of new product features by investing behind scalable & measurable educational initiatives.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs; ensure broad awareness of, and empathy for, customer pain points.

  • Design and execute high-performance marketing programs, year-round, that drive awareness, familiarity, and consideration of the Amazon Advertising suite of solutions.
  • Set and hold a consistently high bar for content quality of all customer-facing marketing materials and events.


  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • 5+ years of marketing experience

  • Superior analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining the highest level of quality in work
  • Attention to detail
  • Acceptable writing skills, reports, market insights, articles, email and related research writing
  • Motivated self-starter & able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
