Head, Manufacturing Unit, shall be in-charge of the Manufacturing Unit with up to 50 employees; covering 2 shifts. This position reports directly to the CEO of the company He provides leadership to and directs the business unit.
The incumbent sets goals, monitors work, and evaluates results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.
Directs all aspects of Manufacturing and Maintenance of the plant, Project Management and Product / Service Delivery. Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
Systematically cultivates and maintains long-term, collaborative relationship with key stakeholders and with selected organizations to achieve mutual goals.
Keeps up to date on issues affecting the organizational performance and develops strategies to address these issues. -Actively seeks out opportunities for business development, revenue generation and strategic partnerships.
Acts as a representative and ambassador to the existing / potential customer to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization.
Facilitates the development, maintenance and monitoring of organizational plans. -Ensures clarity, understanding and commitment from all stakeholders.
Responsible for the development of annual revenue targets. -Responsible for the development and management of the annual budgets.
Develops innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness, enhance revenue generation / cost optimization.
