The incumbent willdirectly report to the Chairman of the organization & be responsible forthe entire gamut of the HR function, including, but not limited to :

1. Developing the HRstrategy for recruitment, training,development, employee engagement, statutory compliance, rewards &recognition in conjunction withthe mission, goals and objectives

2. Optimizingthe HR Budgeting process & designing employee life-cycle processesto ensure organizational development

3. Setting highperformance standards to achieve overall excellence

4. Forecasting &planning for manpower requirements within the organization

5. Conducting meetingson monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis to assess manpowerrequirements

6. Directlyresponsible for the hiring of key staff in the organization

7. Conducting regularskill assessment gaps within group companies

8. Identifying &building the organization’s leadership capability

9. UndertakingPerformance reviews, rewards & recognition activities

10. Maintaining highlevel of employee engagement & relations

11. Ensuring 100%adherence to statutory compliance - Labor laws, tax laws, minimum wages,Provident fund, Employee State Insurance, Gratuity, Professional taxes, IncomeTax of employees


AnyGradute / Post Graduate (MBA preferred) with a rich experience of 10+ years inoverall HR function
