Skills / Experience Required
Perform quality audits of voice & non-voice interactions for global clients
Identify value-add opportunities in existing processes to improve customer experience
Learning from the second-level quality audits and provide recommendations for improvement across daily audits
Ensure established processes are implemented across projects
Required Expertise :
Proficient in Cantonese language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of conducting process audits
Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
Understanding of web technologies and cable setup
Eligibility Requirements :
Graduate (Fresher / Experienced) with a minimum of 1 year - 7 years of experience
Flexibility to work in Night Shifts (rotational shifts, graveyard shifts)
