Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery.
Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
Single point of contact for UIDAI for all issues pertaining to CIDR for both as-is and to-be state infrastructure
Will be responsible for coordinating with UIDAI for site readiness for asset deployments.
Should coordinate all MSIP’s efforts in relation with procurement, supply, deployment, build, configuration and commissioning of to-be state infrastructure
Should coordinate with OEMs and act as a single point of contact for resolving issues with the OEMs
Will be responsible for ensuring timely renewals of AMCs and licenses or subscriptions for all assets in CIDR supplied by MSIP
Will be responsible for maintaining the ITAM up to date and for all Asset IMAC activities
Will be responsible for ensuring MSIP’s efforts for meeting all asset management related SLAs
Will be responsible for coordinating with UIDAI for onboarding and deboarding of MSIP’s resources, for tracking their attendance and ensuring that MSIP resources are adhering to UIDAI’s policies and
Procedures that are applicable to them such as information security policies, leave policies, etc.
Will be responsible for ensuring timely SLA reporting and work with other MSIP architects to ensure that automated SLA reporting is enabled.
BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MSc / MCA qualification or equivalent
Post-graduation in technology is preferred
Should have atleast 15 years of experience
Should have experience in setting up and managing data centres of 5,000+ sq. ft. area
Should have executed atleast two projects involving datacenter transformation / optimization initiatives.
Should have demonstrated experience in transitioning, taking over and transforming an existing datacentre’s operation
Should have experience in managing data centres with open source technology stacks
Should have experience in implementing data centre automation and managing day to day operations
