DWS WaaS Architect
Zensar Digital Workplace Services currently seeks a Digital Workplace Services Solution Architect to join our team in the India.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing VDI solutions and transform existing portfolio of Zensar’s customers.
This role contributes to solution implementation by enabling the usage of emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
Act as a Workplace-as-a-Service (WaaS) subject matter expert
Stay current on new technologies and products emerging in the Workplace Services area
Plan and implement AWS, VMware Horizon, Azure WVD, Citrix based VDI solution.
Develop detailed implementation guidelines, document, process and make use of templatized approach for new and old customer opportunities.
Advanced technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring and management of the WaaS infrastructure.
Manage the WaaS labs and ensure it’s always up to date with the latest features.
Work with various stakeholders to make sure that the client’s policies & devices always up to date and are implemented across the enterprise
Enable enterprise wide implementation of WaaS solutions
Coordinate with the Unified Communications and Directory Services teams as needed.
Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides as needed to support the WaaS environment.
Provide recommendations for optimization and assist with implementation of any improvements identified
Ad-Hoc Training for client’s IT teams
Provide post-implementation support services as required
Customer Demo on solutions implemented
Implement campaigns for phased migrations.
Mandatory Requirements :
11-13 years demonstrated strong expert level technical experience in working with VMWare, Citrix and Microsoft and other virtual technologies, security solutions & policies and relevant server infrastructure
Strong experience in troubleshooting WaaS deployments
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
In-depth experience creating and managing the creation of infrastructure outsourcing solutions and cost models
End user services domain and associated technical expertise in the following areas : VDI, cloud VDI and Application Virtualization, workplace automation and mobility
Knowledge of services support models and related interdependencies in support of a workplace services ecosystem

ITIL Foundation Certification
ITIL Intermediate Module - Service Strategy (SS) Certification
ITIL Intermediate Module - Service Design (SD) Certification
Technical certification(s) from OEM providers (e.g. VMWare, Citrix, Microsoft, Flexera, etc.)
