Scope of Work

Web Operations SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of Web

Systems and applications. Also coordinate and execute the configuration, deployment, maintenance,

and monitoring of each applications components and provide global support for Ticketmasters online

products & services.

Operational / Technical Responsibilities

SQL Server 2012 or higher Administration

Create and configure SQL Reporting Services

Windows Workflow Foundation

Windows 2012 R2 server knowledge or higher

Server farm design concepts

Windows networking principles

Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2010 / 2013

SharePoint operations using windows PowerShell

Install / configure / deploy SharePoint Farms

Configure / analyze / tune Search Functions

Deploying SharePoint Solutions

Administration, configuration and troubleshooting for MS SharePoint Server 2010 / 2013 / 2016 and

Maintaining versions

Maintain Form Based sites

Troubleshooting Check In / Check Out problems

Creating and managing Records Management Solutions

Implementing Policies and configuring Information Rights Management

Managing Documents, User Profiles and Audiences

Implementing, configuring and managing Excel Services and InfoPath Forms Services

Managing Web parts and Site Contents

Perform routine maintenance and support activities

Perform backups of SharePoint and backend SQL databases.

Good Communication and documentation Skills

Web issues awareness and education

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art web technologies and its related softwares;
  • participates in professional development activities as appropriate.

    Degree educated in IT related discipline.

    Internet Information Server knowledge and 7.5 above

    SharePoint 2010 / 2013 Knowledge and SharePoint administration experience (SharePoint 2016

    Knowledge is a plus)

    MS Project Server 2010 Knowledge (MS Project Server 2010 is a plus)

    Microsoft IIS experience and Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Operating Systems

    or higher

    SQL Server 2012 Knowledge (MS SQL 2016 is a plus)

    Active Directory / LDAP Knowledge

    PowerShell knowledge

    Virtualization technologies (Microsoft Hyper-V / VMware is a plus)

    Office 365 administration Knowledge is a plus
