Maintains, supports & grows sales of Grace ART products to Indian refineries with responsibility for a group of accounts.
Communicates and coordinates with global technical service, R&D manufacturing and logistics in USA and takes independent responsibility for tracking tenders, completing & submitting of proposals & closing sales.
Keep disciplined and regularly update the ART Sales management and CRM system (SFDC). Builds relationships at all levels with customers and be able to value sell our products and track performance and value addition.
Interacts with ART industry experts at global technical, commercial and Sales Operations functions.
Acts as main point of contact for ART to all assigned customers.
Establish cooperative technical and commercial relationships with customers.
Coordinate with all support groups to ensure seamless sale and delivery of ART products and payment by customer to match terms provided under guidance of Director.

Take the lead to solve any customer non-technical problems that arise.
Write and present proposals for all ART products to customers.
Develop information from customers to help determine needs for new products or improvements in existing products. Provide Marketing any customer supplied industry trends and competitive information.
Representing ART at national / international conferences & presenting papers with global team support.
Managing / supporting business growth projects initiated by the corporate.
Disciplined reporting and regular update of the ART Sales Management and CRM System (SFDC).
Value selling and track performance and value addition of ART products.
Continually build relationships with customers at all levels

Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Indian petroleum refining sector mainly in Hydroprocessing
Customer facing experience of 2-5 years i.e. sales / tech service to Indian refiners is preferred
Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent required. Business degree / diploma preferred
