Job Description and Qualifications

The recepitionist will be responsible for supporting and coordinating with HR Team in our Pune office. The main role is to support the HR Team to conduct several employee life cycle process, coordinate with internal stakeholders, preparing the reports and maintaining the employee files.


  • Documentation of new joiners file ,Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Induction coordinating logistic arrangements, smooth onboarding.
  • Sharing the status on medical check- up with recruiters and follow up on accommodation and new Hire forms
  • Announcement mailers preparation with support of HR Business partners
  • Assisting in coordinating with CDP vendors
  • Maintaining the leave cards of all the new joiners
  • Support on weekend drive
  • Birthday card distribution and coordination for monthly procurement
  • Maintaining a tracker of all the invoices received For Pre medical check -up / training academy
  • Business as usual activities
  • Coordinate HR Projects , meetings and training seminars
  • Create and distribute documents. Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Develop relationships with vendors and members of the HR organization to ensure the smooth flow of information.
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Deliver service excellence, customer care and display strong customer service ethos, even though times of change
  • Recognise own accountability and authority level for handling enquiries
  • Continuously seek to identify ways to improve, challenging current practice and suggesting a better way


  • Professional presentation
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Focused and have an attention to details
  • Good in information management
  • Multi- tasker and proactive approach

  • MBA / MSW fresher / 0-6 months of experience in releated field
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Demonstrates experience of working within a dynamic, flexible and fast paced environment with a high work ethic.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Preferrable if they have experience working in a global company.
