Sales - DST Vertical Mumbai / Pune / Delhi

  • Responsible for handling housing sales (DST)
  • Achieving business target through Sales Team in open market and Develop new business
  • Achieves and establishes sales and budget goals and marketing strategies for the service / product sold
  • Recruitment of BSMs & managing team productivity
  • Maintaining WIRRs & cross sell penetration.
  • Team Training & Motivation
  • Conducting DST marketing activities.
  • Coordinating with various departments like credit, operations and RCU.
  • Manages a Team of Mortgage professionals for the assigned market segment and geographic region
  • Conducts diligence to ensure quality of the customer before acquisition
  • Recruits and train new mortgage staff.
  • Identifies and meets up with customer requirements
  • Generate new loan originations and cross sell auxiliary loan products and other products and services
  • Responsible for ensuring the overall process of loan disbursement to client
  • Inter department relationship to improve the service to the customer better co-ordination to ensure better end result to customers.
  • Meeting the branch sales targets in the defined market and business segments
  • Taking ownership for entire sales life cycle - from Leads to Closure.
  • Monitoring business intelligence and competitor marketing activities in the vicinity of the branch
