Responsibilities :

  • Explore new business opportunities in Corporate.
  • Willing to travel Pan India.
  • Generating new Business Leads.
  • Responsible for getting new Clients and maintaining existing clients.
  • Responsible for entire Corporate Life Cycle.
  • Research & identify Human Resource department decision makers and communicate.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of communication with potential clients (probable list)
  • Source new business opportunities through cold calls emails campaigns and social media.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating on requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Coordination on overseeing the program, feedback assessment, billing and follow up.
  • Building networks with HR's from various industry to get rapport business.
  • Required Skills :

  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Good in time management.
  • Candidate from HR Consulting Firm background are added advantage.
  • Notice Period : LESS than a Month
