Responsible for getting new Clients and maintaining existing clients.
Responsible for entire Corporate Life Cycle.
Research & identify Human Resource department decision makers and communicate.
Develop and maintain a high level of communication with potential clients (probable list)
Source new business opportunities through cold calls emails campaigns and social media.
Closes new business deals by coordinating on requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
Coordination on overseeing the program, feedback assessment, billing and follow up.
Building networks with HR's from various industry to get rapport business.
Required Skills :
Should have excellent communication skills
Good in time management.
Candidate from HR Consulting Firm background are added advantage.
