About Retail Lending :
The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others.
They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bank
About the Role :
The Operations Team is responsible for pan-India monitoring and implementation of policies and modification of processes as per requirement.
It involves regulatory reporting process compliance. The role caters to analysis of existing processes and recommendation of process changes to ensure cost savings, optimization of resources and enhancement of operational efficiency.
This role will require identification of process risks and defining manual and system controls to mitigate the risks. It involves operationalizing new Rural Loan products as per requirement from business in co-ordination with technology team for various system developments
Ensure regulatory and process compliances
Manage fee recovery and Income booking - Income Leakage
Ensure customer requests and query resolutions are completed within TAT
Provide support in audit and compliance activities for Central Ops related activities
Ensure closure of daily activity within TAT (Disbursement request, updating stock statement, DP, insurance, inspection etc)
Generation of various reports for overall portfolio (irregularities , exception management of transactions)
Provide training, support for preparation of SOP and process improvement
Contribute in special assignments and, provide support to existing CPC
Participate and contribute in new initiatives / testing etc.
Ensure effective implementation of Operational Risk management framework
Optimal qualification for success on the job is :
Graduation / Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
2 8 years of experience in a large retail lending organization handling central / regional role in loan operations for Rural Lending business
Role Proficiencies :

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
Ability to manage complex client situations & risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
