In the Customer Success Engineer role you will work directly with customers, internal sales teams, delivery, and product development teams to help ensure the successful incubation, adoption and enablement of the MindTickle Platform.

You will wear many hats, and your work will have a real impact on the success of MindTickle’s Customers and their business.

You’ll be part of an agile and bright team that accepts open communication, empowerment, innovation, collaboration and a shared focus on customer success.

This position will involve overnight working hours (Indian Standard Time).

Candidate applying for this job must :

  • Have 3 to 8 yrs of experience in a client-facing (Technical) role.
  • Strong Written & Communication skills.
  • Ability to empathise with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and plan tasks.
  • Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python)
  • Knowledge about data models and querying
  • Ability to analyse logs (Pattern Searching, Sumologic)
  • Domain Knowledge for log analysis
  • Ability to read code to understand the flows
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and JSON.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs.
  • Managing Customer Relationships and Expectations.
  • Able to prioritise projects / tasks based on the SLAs and Client Requirements.
  • Knowledge on the below topics is a plus :

  • SAML protocol used for setting up SSO with third-party platforms such as Salesforce, OKTA.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation on Confluence.
  • Understanding the network logs in web browsers.
