Job Description and Candidate Expectation :
Candidate must hold 10 + years of experience into US Healthcare RCM transaction quality
Excellent knowledge in US Healthcare Provider domain specific to Hospital RCM such as Patient Access Billing Contract Management Cash Application Vendor Collections Denial Management self-pay & liquidation / write-off
Manage QA teams smoothly across the various processes in different shifts throughout the day & multi-locations
Ensure the Account External & Internal QA activities like calibration rebuttal feedback RCA Audit-the-auditor update management etc.
are completed on time
Participate & contribute in key client meetings and discussions including WBRs initiatives & Problem solving
Support to transformation activities across the board in the entire Hospital RCM cycle in both back-office and Contact center operations
Liaison with Training Operations teams for various QA processes including SOP updation QC certification Ramp-up focus PIP identification of trends TNI etc.
Support various Transformation workshops themed coaching sessions related to Process improvement
Support process improvement initiatives employing Six sigma Lean PDCA SPSS & Agile methodologies
Liaison with Delivery excellence for on time closure of Compliance deliverables along with Compliance & Ops staff
Act as bridge between various stake-holders handle the queries resolve issues
Ensuring smooth team operations and effective collaboration
Must be flexible working with US Shifts.
