Experience in Genesys Pure Connect suite of products (Inbound, outbound, Routing, Multimedia & Reporting).
Implemented major Genesys enhancement, upgrade and product development projects.
Implemented Genesys on multiple platforms : Linux, Windows and AIX.
Hands on experience in complete Software Development Life Cycle which includes Requirement Analysis, System Study, Detail Design Document, Code Development, Testing and Project Management.
Involved in preparing Test scripts, System Maintenance, Bug Fixing and Cycle Support.
Good knowledge on Genesys deployment, migration and upgrade process on Configuration, Management, Media, Interaction, WFM and Multimedia genesys components.
End to End understanding of problem research and troubleshooting the logs.
Good Understanding of product lifecycles and the Comprehensive end to end Delivery Process.
Maintain SLA for 7 x 24 hrs production and Non production support on Genesys servers. Preferred Skills : Contact Center Telephony *
