8 - 12 years of total software engineering experience with a thorough understanding of software

product and application development.

Exposure to any programming language or background as a developer is mandatory.

3+ years of experience in managing a team of 10 -15.

Will be customer oriented and skilled in developing a strong understanding of customer needs.

Development experience in the past

Well versed in Scrum principles and practices.

Strong experience in requirements analysis

Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Experience with hiring, mentoring, performance management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with both technical and non-

technical audiences.

Strong leadership competencies including the ability to think and act strategically, drive for results,

build a high-performance culture and inspire / teach others to perform at higher levels
