Role Description

This position will be responsible for providing customer service and sales support for products manufactured in factory premises to meet customer expectations by following PPI, 4i values, safety policies and Business Code of Practice of Thermo Fisher

Responsibilities

  • Servicing of Analytical instruments
  • Repairs and troubleshooting of electronic modules
  • Equipment Creation for instruments for Installations
  • To create Customer Master in the portal
  • To coordinate with the regional branches for spares and repairs activities
  • Coordinate with customers and regional team
  • To send service contract offers to customers and to follow-up with customers for generating revenue.
  • To send Spares quote to customers and follow up for P.O and payment
  • To upload CAS files in the portal for Product and spares.
  • To send techno commercial offers of Main instruments.
  • Qualification

  • Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation or equivalent
  • Skills, Knowledge and

    Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to collaboration and team work as to work closely with Production, sourcing, and quality.
  • Well versed with MS Words, Excel
  • Problem solving, analytical instrument working knowledge
  • 3 5 years’ experience in similar role
