Develops, manages and implements creative, effective and successful annual sales plans
for the sales strategy.
Responsible for sales and Marketing of Industrial Plot, Industrial Land, Ware House
Land, Approved NOC / CLU Land & Ready to move Industrial Factories in Bahadurgarh.
Arranging, coordinating and doing business meetings with prospective buyers, investors.
Ensure the provision of opportunities and convert opportunities into sales
to communicate new project opportunities to existing and potential clients.
Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships
through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
Presenting monthly business performance report to the senior management.
Generating revenue based on references.
