Will work with cutting edge technologies while developing code for AT&T’s Human Capital Management Core system integration and orchestration layers.
As part of an Agile development team in the Corporate Solutions Tech Dev organization, the candidate will be responsible for development and / or delivery of AT&Ts Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape leveraging DevSecOps architectures such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Camunda, etc.
Will heavily interact with Oracle HCM Cloud and related technologies.Roles and Responsibilities : Will work as an integral part of an agile team to develop and maintain our HCM landscape of systems and integration technologies including User Story documentation, development, and testing (including test automation).
Will be required to adhere to the principles of scrum (honesty, openness, and transparency) in all work. May be required to collaborate with other teams within the organization.
Ability to mentor and lead less experienced developers is essential.Candidate will work very closely with Business System Analysts and Testers to ensure successful delivery.
Candidate must have real work experience with webservices, microservices, DevSecOps model, and Agile methodologies. Background in Oracle HCM Cloud and experience in its various domains, such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor a plus.

Additional Information : Total 8+ Years of Experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience with java development, including a solid foundation in microservice and API development, as well as configuration of webservices.
Standard Working hours (1 : 30pm-9 : 30pm IST) with the flexibility to take calls in the morning few times per week
