Job Description

We are seeking a Global HR Services Manager, based in our Bangalore office. This role will lead a new team being created to drive process excellence in our HR operations. This team supports the global execution of HR transactions, recurring processes, reward systems, and reporting. The manager role will need to be hands-on, but also coach and oversee the efforts of their team. This role combines communicating with our customers (employees, managers, HR) and working with our systems and processes to manage our workforce programs most efficiently. The role reports to the Head of Rewards and HR Operations, based in the United States.

Position Responsibilities include:

  • Understand our HR systems infrastructure and be a local subject matter expert for training, troubleshooting, and innovation
  • Oversee global HR service delivery through available tools, including JIRA Service Desk. Drive local processes as needed. May directly manage local resources, or may directly engage with transactions/needs
  • Monitor Workday support queue and respond as possible, regardless of region
  • Facilitate or execute testing of Workday changes or enhancements
  • Design and implement periodic HR reporting, used within HR and by our business stakeholders to understand workforce trends and potential solutions
  • Support quarterly reporting processes across Theaters for assigned reports or analyses
  • Understand HR work processes, and utilize LEAN or other process improvement methodologies to make processes more efficient
  • Lead the efforts of the HR Service team
  • Position Requirements include:

  • Minimum of eight years’ HR experience in a global company with prior experience building a services team
  • Experience working in SaaS HCM (Workday) systems preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain credibility by knowing the business and aligning HR systems support to the priorities of the business.
  • Ability to determine appropriate metrics and utilize data to further enhance the delivery of services
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with data analytics/visualization tools desirable
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to travel periodically, domestically and internationally
