Job Description :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Compliance Admin will possess strong written and oral communication skills as a key part of this position will be working with business and functional associates across the organization as well as external partners and clients.
Key responsibilities include :
Liaison for 3rd party auditors
Collaborates with key stakeholders to validate, verify and address audit findings, control deficiencies and remediation plans.
Supports external audits by identifying requirements, communicating deliverables needed, collecting data, tracking progress and delivering results
Supports client audits and RFP processes by identifying requirements, communicating deliverables needed, collecting data, tracking progress and delivering results
Reports on status of compliance activities and remediation efforts.
Support implementation of educational training programs to ensure associates are knowledgeable about the Compliance Programs and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements governing operational activities
Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external customers to advance compliance initiatives and programs across the organization
Manage compliance aspects of Epiq third party / vendor relationships including but not limited to due diligence (onboarding, ongoing monitoring, offboarding), risk mitigation, SLA performance, innovation, and reporting.
Conduct annual assessments and review of all Epiq vendors via Epiq's third party management tool (Process Unity)
Provide support to special project initiatives as required

A. KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY :

Baseline understanding of technical infrastructure and architecture of computer systems and related security considerations
General understanding of governance practices and internal control application across processes, operations, and technology components
Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to interface with all levels within a complex company
Able to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and balance commitments / deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to conduct interviews as well as draft clear and concise reports and written communications
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
B. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with audit and control assessment processes and tools preferred
