Drive operational excellence in the PMO Shared Services teamof the Oracle Tax and Treasury organization. Operational ownership over theSource to Settle (S2S) related processes supporting the Tax & Treasuryorganization’s requirements of engaging with Professional Services suppliersand Contractor workforce.
Partner with and influence the S2S team to ensureconsistent and timely delivery of the entire S2S lifecycle of Supplier setup,Purchase order creation, Invoice payments within agreed SLA.
Support additionalShared Services deliverables including leading special process improvementprojects.

Key responsibilities :
Own the delivery of the operational S2S processes for the Tax &Treasury organization’s PO Operations team (supplier management, PR creation,PR approvals, PO creation, PO invoicing, etc.).
Evaluate the effectiveness of the operational processes, identify andimplement opportunities to streamline, simplify and accelerate them to meet theneeds of the Business teams.
Manage the Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) for the Tax & Treasuryorganization.
Manage a team of analysts to deliver these processes with consistencyand quality.
Ensure adequate documentation and adherence of these processes by allanalysts.
Build positive engagement with the Tax & Treasury Business teams;understand their needs and develop appropriate execution plans;
set the rightdelivery expectations and follow through on them.
Build positive engagement with the Source-to-Settle (S2S) team; buildpartnership to meet the Tax & Treasury team’s needs, while adhering todefined policies.

Create, publish and review the monthly PR / PO metrics with the PMOleadership team.
Identify and implement opportunities to efficiently drive theoperational processes using systems and develop business requirement documents.
Support the PMO leadership team on other Shared Services deliverablesincluding leading special projects focused on process improvements.
Required Skills / Qualifications :
10+ years of experience working in Business Operations supporting largeorganizations.
5+ years of experience supporting Source-to-Settle processes involvingsupplier management, purchase ordering and invoicing.
5+ years of experience as a people manager involving employee andcontractor hiring, setting up work assignments, overseeing their deliverablesand managing performance.
Ability to lead the team with an Outcome-based approach with focus oncontinuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with cross functionalteams, including Influencing skills to achieve organizational objectives.
Demonstrated process documentation and improvement experience.
Creation of operational metrics packages with the ability to summarizekey datapoints.
Advanced, hands-on experience with analysis of large data sets usingMicrosoft Excel.
Effective at creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate to all levels in the organization using simple,easy-to-understand messaging (verbal and written).
Ability to use Oracle Financials and Business Intelligence software.
Detail oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in afast-paced environment.
BA / BS in Finance or related field preferred.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Manage and coordinate internal and external resources to implement company tax savings strategies. Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
Manages a professional staff. Be an integral partner in Oracle's business decisions to enhance shareholder value by providing tax-
related advice globally to all business units. Develop and implement systems to compile information for various federal, state, local, and international reports.
Represent the company on tax matters in government, professional, and industry associations. Performs or directs research;
analysis and interpretation of federal, state, and local statutes. Manages and oversees international tax laws and regulations.
May be involved with tax implications of mergers and acquisitions. Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections.
Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Maintain current knowledge of all tax laws affecting Oracle.
Detail oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Experience with computer tax systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. Experience in public accounting firm and / or high technology industry.
BA / BS in Accounting or Finance preferred. CPA and or MS / MBA tax preferred.
