About the team
This position is responsible for the day-to-day, business-as-usual, support of the Unix server environments. This includes the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Unix environments.
What you will be doing
Manages an assigned team of personnel which includes understanding skill types and proficiencies, planning, coaching, recruitment, selection, career and performance development and mentoring.
Monitors staff performance, works with employees to implement goals and document progress.
Manages resources in a cost-effective, innovative manner including assisting subordinates in effective use of resources and tools.
Manages staff to ensure all duties are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
Plans and maintains efficient operations by designing, implementing and evaluating level one operations process.
What you bring :
8+ years of experience with Unix Administration within modern IT production data center and infrastructure environments.
Advanced working knowledge and experience with Linux and Puppet / Ansible (L3 support).
Cisco fabric infrastructures, and replication technologies for data recovery experience.
Troubleshooting experience on Linux and Cloud platform.
Familiar / aware of ITIL procedures.
Education : Any graduates
Good communication and client handling skills

Knowledge of FIS’ products and services.
Knowledge of financial services industry.
Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization.
