Engineer that provides support and implementation for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across enterprise platforms, including directory and identity management solutions.
Resolves and appropriately completes assigned cases and support issues. Applies solutions through research and collaboration with team on given initiatives.
The core infrastructure technology duties include enterprise Microsoft Active Directory and Windows file services management and entry-
level support for enterprise-wide initiatives.
Assist team in management of Active Directory architecture on overall enterprise environments and applications.
Basic knowledge in NTLM and Kerberos authentication methods.
Able to analyze and resolve Domain Controller and Active Directory Performance related issues.
Basic experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards;
networking fundamentals; Windows; Physical Server architecture
Working knowledge of Virtualization Technologies (i.e. VMware, HyperV) and LAN / WAN / Firewall / VPN network technologies.
Documents and enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.
Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFSR, FRS, and DFSN.
