The Technical Consultant should have strong business skills and technical skills, he would be responsible for providing solution in email CRM integration that includes technical scoping, developing, testing and debugging and installing utilities.
This position requires a working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Stored procedure, API integration, data processing and the ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan to accomplish goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Lead kick-off calls to gather project requirements from stakeholders to build project plans, SOW, timelines, and develop action items.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
Drive action item owners to deliver their tasks on time and according to the defined schedule.
Work within decision authority, drive deliverables to closure, and escalate issues as needed.
Assist with development of presentations, reporting, business cases, and other requests as needed by management / clients.
Develop, collaborate, and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Engineering background with 3 to 5 years of experience in software / application development
Hands on experience while working SQL statements, stored procedure and Relational database
Ability to craft and articulate strategic solution and prepare solution road-map for clients
In-depth knowledge of implementing methodology and best practice's for API, CRM and 3rd part integration
Should have good blend of business and technology, understand clients business needs.
Excellent Presentation and communication skill while coordinating with clients and cross functional teams.
Knowledge of digital marketing vertical and products associated with digital marketing (added advantage if its email marketing)
